After ordering, you will be redirected to our questionnaire, where you can tell us everything we need to know about your product, your target group, your video requirements and much more! Fill out one questionnaire for each video you ordered if you have ordered multiple creatives.

3. Sit back and relax.

When you're done with everything, our team will start working and search the internet for videos to edit for you. Your finished creative will then be delivered to you via Google Drive.

Absolutely! We take care of everything for you, from brainstorming to scripting to production and video editing. Our team includes experienced script writers who can come up with great ideas for your products. You can relax while we ensure an impressive result.

Yes! We offer the creatives in German and English.

We currently do not offer the service for producing product videos. However, you have the option of taking your own recordings of your product and making them available to us. We will then create your next creative based on your specifications!

Naturally! Simply upload the video footage you recorded of your own product to the questionnaire and we will use it to create your next winning creative. We look forward to creating an impressive result together with you!

Unfortunately we do not offer this service. We are currently working exclusively with existing videos of your product and use them to skillfully showcase your product.

There is still a chance that the original creator of the video clip will request that the creative be removed. If you would like us to edit your own videos, it is your responsibility to ensure that the video clips are safe to use. We'll edit the videos for you, and it's up to you to decide whether the edited videos are suitable for your marketing platforms. If you feel the creative is unusable, we offer a free revision within 24 hours of receiving the video. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

We only look outside of Europe for high-quality video clips that showcase your product well and therefore do not cause any copyright problems.

Our refund policy is very simple.

If you request a refund within the first 30 minutes of placing your order, we will be happy to refund your money immediately. This time limit is necessary because we start producing your winning creative straight away in order to meet the promised processing time of 24 to 48 hours.

Unfortunately, once your video has been created, a refund is no longer possible. Any video created by dropshipping-creatives.com is non-refundable as we cannot compensate for the costs incurred once production is complete.

If you're not completely satisfied with the final creative, we offer generous revisions to every video you order. Our goal is to ensure you are completely happy with the end result of your creative.

We accept revisions up to 72 hours after you place your order. After this time, exceptions will only be made by our team under special circumstances.
